The Heart Behind Flaggfit

Flaggfit Aerobics was created from a deep passion to make fitness fun, joyful, and welcoming for everyone no matter your age, size, or fitness level. We believe that movement should feel like an act of self-love, not punishment. Our classes are designed to be taken at your own pace, in a way that feels good for you.

You don’t have to dread your workouts! Exercise can be freeing, empowering, and even fun! You can reach your goals through movement that brings you joy.

What started as backyard and park workouts with my closest friends has grown into full-blown aerobic classes and events that bring people together through movement, music, and community.

Whether you're dancing at work, praising at church, or having fun with your school community, Flaggfit creates spaces where you can sweat, smile, and show up as your full, authentic self while working toward the transformation you deserve.

We believe fitness should be:

Why We're Different

While many classes are either all about the workout or just about having fun, we blend the best of both. Our sessions are a unique fusion of aerobic energy and meaningful strength training movements that not only transforms your body but uplifts your spirit, too.
