Worship & Wellness is a faith-filled fitness experience that combines gospel-inspired aerobics, uplifting music, and spiritual devotionals. It's more than a workout, it's time to care for your body, mind, and spirit in a Christ-centered atmosphere.
Yes! Our workouts are rooted in biblical encouragement and spiritual reflection. We begin each session with a devotional and end with a stretch and scripture meditation. It's a holistic way to grow stronger in body and faith.
For in-person classes, bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. For virtual classes, have space to move, stable internet access, 2lb - 5lb dumbbells (optional), and any journaling materials you'd like to use for devotionals.
Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to all fitness levels. You can move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and modify movements as you go. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to worship through movement!
While our community is women-led and women-focused, everyone is welcome to join and experience God through movement.
For the pay per class option, all sales are final. If you can’t make a live class, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. Please reach out 24 hours before the scheduled class.

I am a Transformation Specialist and faith-based Fitness Coach with a degree in Exercise Kinesiology. With over five years of experience, I have empowered hundreds of women to renew their minds and transform their bodies through bootcamps, personal training, and aerobics classes. I've led large-scale fitness events, spoken at conferences on health and wellness, and I actively serve at my local church through my signature Worship & Wellness Gospel Aerobics classes, a unique blend of movement, worship, and biblical encouragement.

Why
Jasmen was raised by her aunt, a loving woman who supported her passion for fitness but neglected her own health. Despite Jasmen’s efforts to encourage her, her aunt relied on fast food and avoided exercise. While Jasmen was helping clients overcome obesity and chronic disease, she watched her aunt’s health rapidly decline. In 2015, her aunt passed away from cancer leaving Jasmen heartbroken and questioning if she could’ve done more.
That loss became her fuel. Jasmen vowed to fight preventable disease in her community so that fewer families have to lose the women they love. Through her signature Worship & Wellness Gospel Aerobics class, she helps women take their health back and walk in the fullness of life God intended.
